The hotel bear kyoto station..but if you want the nearer use kyoto tower hotel. The room was clean and fit for 4 person I was booked 39 sqm room. But if you plan to book smaller room. I suggest you no (if you travel for 4 people)

Flea in the bed. And changed to other room. Too expensive for a okay hotel. No swimming pool. Staffs were nice. But asked the staff how to extend the room and the staff said I can come back tmr morning and tell them I want to extend then it will be done.
