Disappointed, the hotel is in a great location and staff where friendly but the rooms are not up to it, basic, in need of a good refurb, no curtains, no wardrobe, 2 sockets that are not near bed or mirror, poor lighting to say the least

Very friendly staff and always very helpful

Located centrally within short walking distance to many restaurants. The walk along the river where the hotel is situated is very pleasant. The staff were friendly with a good sense of humour.
