Location, cleanliness, staff very helpful & friendly

I feel my one star staff is unfair to the Day staff. However the night shift takes the cake for 1 star Awfulness. Dont know where to start with his guy to the benefit that we had a great time in Paris and all the Day Staff were very nice and helpful. Lets
