While checking in, a thief was able to get wallet of my mother-in-law. Receptionist was unhelpful and denied us to review the CCTV.

Very comfortable bed. Great Sky selection. Shower was pretty poor pressure. Buffet breakfast disappointing with stale breads, terrible coffee, burnt bacon and watery scrambled eggs. Great location though.

Basic, nice, excellent location for our purposes: close to LSE and direct Underground connection to Heathrow Airport. Helpful staff. For some reason the room didn't have anything for hanging up one's clothes such as a suit. Strange.

Close to gare midi (although it is not a very safe place) Staff are nice and helpful

Hotel is close enough to the Eiffel Tower and accessible to public transport. Staffs are fabulous!
