Everything except the location is perfect! Staying in the hotel is a real pleasure. it takes an hour to osaka station though. I would like to stay in Kobe Bay sheraton again if i have any chance to go back to Osaka!
Chose this hotel because is above Shibuya Station and has airport bus at hotel lobby floor. Staff are excellent in service. Our room on the 9th floor is big for three persons and is near lifts . Unfortunately facing the bus station and not scramble crossi
Nice hotel with a great view and location. Very close to Tokyo tower and Shiba Park where the Sakura is blooming...very beautifull sakura.
Breakfast was great.
The staff were very helpfull and speaking english very well.
