The reception staff are amazing and courteous . Staff was of great help any required changes. The breakfast was very good. Gym was also nice

The location was great and only 20 mins to the Hakata Port terminal. There are plenty of places for shopping, dining and there is 100yen bus can be accessed. Only the wifi needed to be fixed. The Internet was so slow.

Location is a little bit far from subway stations, in-room air conditioner doesn't work, complained but no result.
