Staff at reception were most courteous & helpful.Our stay was short but we were satisfied and will return on another occasion. Very convenient location.
Very convenient hotel, nice hotel rooms (we used the 2-bedroom apartment), very well located close to main attractions, 2 metro lines 5 minutes walk from hotel. Breakfast was very good, unfortunately we need to pay extra money for it as this was not part
The location is near to touristy spot such as Louvre, Champs Elysees & Arc de Triomphe, and also very close to Galleries Lafayette & Rue St Honore if you want to go shopping
As stated above, the staff was not polite and weren't very helpful, the room cleaning service was terrible as there were always places that weren't cleaned or amenities that were re-supplied. Definitely a not recommend.
