Staff and service was OK, but facilities are slightly dated and didn't work quite well for us. They are still using physical keys as opposed to swipe cards for room access. We were two travellers staying in a twin room and they were unable to give us

right in the middle of everything,near the River, The Louvre, The Opera,lots of restaurants,rooms were a surprise with a spiral staircase to the bedrooms, comfy beds two tv's showing multi language channels including English.
