Staff did not advise about the amount of steps when it was clear we had a double buggy to deal with. The room was as far away as you could get from the main entrance so it was a huge hike with two small children. Staff did not advise that young children c

We were apparently just put on the 'smoking floor'. What hotels do that? Curtains, bed smelt. Made me feel sick all night. Hotel itself is lovely.

This hotel is clean and spacious. We had a lot of great facilities that would come in handy if we were to go back and stay longer.

All the staff is very gentle but only can apologies in front of repeated mistakes (issue with keys, mini bar empty and fridge without electricity, concierge who forget to follow up request) Moreover the laundry service is incredibly expensive almost 50$
