No free wifi even in public area. Have to purchase Wifi. Night time loud noise from the street until 1 to 2 am only can sleep

Friendly staff

It was nice and clean. Only stayed there one night as I was flying out the next day but I wish I would have researched this on my first visit to Glasgow so I could have stayed here

Staff, location, cleanliness

A quick over night stay to attend a concert at the Royal Albert Hall. Location excellent for both underground and the venue. Staff helpful. Room very clean and everything we needed. Would definitely use again

First room given had obviously not been cleaned properly or someone had used it after initial cleaning....found a half drunk glass of coke and someone had used the bathroom. Not what you want to find in a hotel room...bad start. The replacement room howe
