Location was not ok, parking was very challenging and hotel design was also not proper

Wasn't very happy with receptionist, he got names completely messed up and tried to tell me I had to pay 110 then he verified again and apologies but just the way he was speaking was in a rude tone. Otherwise everything else was good!

Easy accsess from main routes, great service, comforable rooms

They really were very nice and helpful. I was traveling on business except for a few days of playing tourist in Kyoto. The was a delightful find and nice rest as well as being in walking distance of temples and other interesting sites to see.

Chose this hotel because is above Shibuya Station and has airport bus at hotel lobby floor. Staff are excellent in service. Our room on the 9th floor is big for three persons and is near lifts . Unfortunately facing the bus station and not scramble crossi
