Central Location, max 10mins walk to everything.

But there is few steps to the lobby

The bedroom had French doors on the ground floor which didn't lock and was risky (someone could have easily got in). The bedroom smelt of smoke when we arrived. No conditioner or body lotion in the bathroom. The rooms were a long distance and some c

In my opinion one of the best hotels in London, perfect location, beautiful hotel with excellent friendly staff.

staff always ask for money, furnitures are over used.

Had a great time, hotel was great, location was handy to busses, trains etc. Would deffinately stay there again.
