Staff were efficient and friendly, could communicate effectively and the room was clean and comfortable.

This place was good value for money, near to motorway as I was driving through France to Holland, easy to check in late at night, but a couple of gripes.............. all pillows in the room were lumpy and threadbare - small price to replace surely? l

Good location, good variety of breakfast buffet

Hotel is tired but offers good deals from time to time. Better than some hotels but doesn't offer good value at peak times (Fri, Sat nights). Photos on the web do not accuratly represent single rooms. Most rooms need to be refurbished.

Food, location & staff friendliness

We stayed here for one night in order to be positioned close to the Kansai limousine bus for an early morning flight home. The hotel location is very convenient for this, trains around town and inner city eating in Osaka, though a bit of a walk from the i
