The location is good, it's pretty close to Paddington Station, but it's on the road side and it's quite noisy. The wooden door of the room is not with a good soundproof material, so I can hear the people talking outside my room clearly...and t
Very close to Paddington and Hyde park. The hotel is clean in general, but the room is super small can barely open 2 big luggages at the same time. The lift is small and very slow.
Breakfast ran until 11. We arrived at 10.30 and felt like we were an inconvenience. Staff laid out cups for tea and coffee but never offered us any. It felt very uncomfortable.
When I check in the room I saw that still there were remaining trash from the earlier visitor. Even the customer feedback form was not collected. The check in time is 3 pm. It is very late. The rooms are really tiny. I really wonder what they are cleaning
