Booked the room three months in advance and I wasn't notified that there's a problem with their air conditioner. There was no air conditioning at all. Had I known this in advance, I would have stayed elsewhere. Bathroom and kitchen area are disgus

within 5 star hotel There was no spa!!!!???
It was Unbelievable.
The kitchen inside room was nothing inside the fridge only bottle of water and charge £6 for small water it is so much and not expected at all.
