Service awful , you ask for towels took them more than 2 hours ,rooms are filthy and bad shape, restaurant service awful
the only good thing are the grounds of the hotel , I will only go for the tea, enyoy the grounds and that's it
We visited Hallmark Hotel on a recent trip to Stratford. We got upgraded to an apartment which was great. Shame, though, we were not staying longer or with friends or family, as we could have used all the facilities on offer! The Spa was excellent. Very c
It was without doubt the worst UK hotel we have stayed at. We were there a week and although we had a beautiful top of the range room the shower did not work and there was no heating at all. The breakfast was woeful, hardly cooked and usually cold. Staff
This beautiful hotel is set amongst a golf course. It is so close to Stratford that you could walk into the town. We caught a taxi and it was only around £5each way. We had a lovely weekend enjoying the spa facilities.
