Poor service, poor breakfast, poor hygiene, no air-conditioning in the room

Our room was ready for us when we arrived at the hotel at 12.30 pm which was excellent. The room was only adequate as it was quite small with no available drawer space. The lack of air conditioning in the bedroom made sleeping difficult. There was a fan b

Bed is too small. Goid for a small adult only. Very hot in the room. Toilet very cramped, but excellentvshoeer with great water pressure.

Location was good due to availability of restaurants nearby. Accessible by Baywater and Queenway station. Lounge was good. Able to drop our luggage before we checked in. Room and toilet was clean. However room was not air conditioned. Fan did not help muc
