The 1st time we booked to this apartment was really good experienced because it has kitchenette and location is ok. However this year we booked again for 2nd time and we felt disappoited because we upgrade our room to club suite but the room is not spacio
I believe due to the fantastic rate I got through Agoda I was given the worst room in the Hotel! It was absolutely disgusting. Cleanliness, standards,location, maintenance and size. I doubt whether management actually look at the rooms as being in hospita
Great choice for location minded travelers. Close to Paddington and two different tube stations. The room was well appointed and roomy enough for two people. The small kitchen was a plus as well.
NOT EXECUTIVE - these apartments are misrepresented they are no more than hostel accommodation
We refused the first room offered to us in the basement it was so bad and as we had prepaid were obliged to accept the second room on the ground floor
