good location, but early check-in request was declined within a sec for room prepreparation. expecting a clean room after being rejected, however, the room wasn't that clean. dusts in the room. disappointed. good points: good location, luggage storing

Came here on a trip with my brother. The staff was very accommodating, and even helped me get my phone back when I dropped it in a taxi. I'll definitely stay at a Sun Route Hotel on future trips in Japan.
