room was good size, hotel was clean, staff friendly

Excellent location, close to public transportation, shopping area, Matsuyama castle

convenient, clean and comfortable

Only problem was the lift - it wasn't working 3 out of 4 days we were there at times. Had to catch the service lifts on more than one occasion or the stairs.

fortunately, good weather and good views... otherwise, it would have been a long walk

I feel safe walking along Faubourg St Honore in the night, even when I'm a lone female traveller. Love the proximity to the shopping belt, I could walk back to the hotel quickly to leave my things and continue. Rooms are clean.
