The only best thing is the receptionist guy @ night (Maxim) who gave out a superb service to us. Always nice, easy to talk to and made sure our needs are met. Credite to him!

There was another guest complaining that they'd been charged on there credit card for damages they hadn't done and weren't told about. I took pics of all the damage in our room and I'm keeping an eye on my card.

Staff, breakfast and cleanliness

The hotel is centrally located near all the sites and restaurants that you would need and there is a city bike rental stand nearly in front of the hotel. The staff was warm, friendly, and informative.

Very cold and the rooms were dated and looking tired ! We came home a day early and wasted a nights cost of the stay !

nice, new, clean and spacious modern room just a few minutes to new malls where you can find a very useful supermarket; walking distance to all key sites like kenrokuen and the ninja temple. staff spoke good english

Seashore is just in the front with one road across; Nice and clean; We have missed the checkin office hours. But lucky that the owner lives at the motel too so that we could get in.

room are clean. but wifi is not free for all. only available for one device/room.
