Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms were very spacious and accommodating. Very luxurious appearance .

I think overall this hotel is good. I certainly wouldn't rate it excellent though. Upon arrival we had to take our bags to the room ourselves, there was no bottled water (and yes I know we can drink the water from the tap but really?) and the mini bar

One of the best hotels in Korea. Not quite the best value for money, but it was very good nonetheless.
