Great view of the lake, the cleanliness of the room, and comfortable beds! only downside is it's quite a distance away from the town centre. Nevertheless, it's value for money accommodation!

Nice location, Cleaniness, nice staff

We spend 5 nights at Newham and it was placed in a fine distancce from train and busses. The staff is friendly and the room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast could have been better, but was eatable.
