Location is far from downtown kyoto, near kyoto station. They have shuttle bus to or from kyoto station. Room is large for japan but a little bit old. Concierge staff is kind. They will provide information for you.

Clean, helpful, comfortable

The hotel needs freshening up. It looks really tired and dated. It's difficult to make it look absolutely clean. The receptionist was nice and pleasant, so does the barman. The restaurant staff were having a busy night with a bus load of tourists din

This is a terrific hotel just across the street from the Marunouchi North Gate exit or Marunouchi Central Gate exit of Tokyo Central Station. It's especially great if you are dealing with luggage!
