Air conditioning in the room didn't work, told it would be fixed the next day then told it couldn't be fixed. Room unbearably hot as it was summer, which made sleeping difficult. Was provided a fan on the last night.
Toilet flush didn't work (
The reception staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. They offered great advice and information when we asked for it.
The rooms are comfortable, compact bathrooms with great showers and thick towels.
