green serene alot of trees hotel location, very clean comfy room, comfortable walking distance from subway to hotel.

Close to local transport, restaurants and attentive staff

allowed to check in early (10AM) upon arrival; pleasant nature of staff; rooms were comfortable, quiet, and had great views!

The hotel is located just a 2 min walk from the High Street Kensington Underground station and bus stops. Great value for the money - esp. if you get an executive room, which comes with free wifi. The room was very small, but clean.

Hotel is very old, so is the room's deco, in the1970's era. I would rate this a 1-2 star hotel. Non-smoking room still smell of smoke. Wifi very bad, keep dropping off. Staff can't speak English. This hotel is only suitable for their local tou
