Clearly it was over booked as we were put in a room in a house five min walk away . On pulling back the duvet to find no mattress protector . Took photos of the disgusting mattress. The boiler which served the whole building was in our room so it sounded

Staff location and atmosphere

The best things about this hotel is its Location - Very near tube station and Green Lines Trains. Bus stop beside hotel. Shopping park across from hotel. Hotel bar was very nice.
