The staff are generally polite but are not very helpful. When we arrived in car with young kids and multiple luggages, no one came out to assist. I have to go to the lobby and requested for someone to provide us with a trolley. The housekeeping is not sup

For a quick stop-over before or after a flight I find this hotel great. Staff very friendly and helpful and rooms quiet and comfortable. Rate might be a little more than others in the area but I find it worth the little extra.
