Everything about this place was disappointing, except for its location and staff. The rooms were extremely noisy , from people walking talking in corridor as well as the outside. The fact that university halls and bars are situated right next to it make

The staff is very kind and informative, the hotel doesn't have free parking but it does have an overnight paid public parking next door (NZ$7 per night from 5pm to 10am). The room is spacious with a comfy sofa next to the window. The room is equipped

The Hotel it self looked very nice the however the guy at reception behaved a little bit rude. Everything else was good nice clean hotel in centre of Manchester close to everything, nice big rooms too

Only problem was the lift - it wasn't working 3 out of 4 days we were there at times. Had to catch the service lifts on more than one occasion or the stairs.
