The location was perfect, central. Staffs are amazing, very helpful especially if you don't speak French.

Not sure why...there was a bug flying every night when I back even I killed the previous one!!

Avoid if you can. No aircon to speak of, smelly reception and generally should have been ripped down about 20 years ago!

I'd recommend this hotel. The rooms are slightly larger than the usual budget hotels in Japan, the rooms have a good range of facilities and are very clean. Breakfast is decent, with real orange juice and reasonable coffee.
