located near shopping district. very small room. no space for opening luggage.

The beds were very comfortable it was a large room on 13 th floor and we had a good view. It had a bath not just a shower which w.as nice .

Its infront of Kyoto station and Kyoto bus station, good starting point to explore Kyoto. Quick check-in/out. Staff was very helpfull.

If you are not obsessed with cleanliness and stylish interior, this hotel is good value for money, the room was spacious and staff was very helpful. It is nicely located away from all the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to walk to subway and shopping
