A comfortable stay, room came with all the amenities you need. Location is excellent, across the road from Geongbukgung Palace and only a few minutes walk from Insadong street. Breakfast not fancy but very adequate. Would stay again. Helpful staff. Thank

The facilities and front of house are lovely. Staff are hit and miss. However, my room was appalling, the service in the restaurant was poor and the food is expensive, slow to arrive and the dinner menu lacks options!

They try to assist if needed eg offer iron board as there is not one in the rooms. Quick check in and able to admit fault as the first room was not clean got shifted to another
