We booked a room for 4 people. It is actually a 3 people room with an added bed. The room is clean and well managed. There is an onsen at the basement with is good. Also close to local restaurants and shopping centre.

We had to wait for one and half hour to get in, first he said no reservation then we got confirmation from agoda London office, he still don't believe ,! I phone my visa and they said already paid, the staff wants us to pay him cash first ? We ask wh
