The hotel is a short walk to Tokyo main train station, good wifi, clean and comfortable room. While the room was small, it was bigger than the other rooms in other hotels in Japan that I stayed in, and at a much lesser price. It didn't feel too crampe

Evening was good I joined the Christmas party staff were patient with the groups of people sho were getting a bit over the top and was picking up glass that got broken

Staff was friendly , attentive, approachable and very professional. The location is perfect for anyone with more than 6 hours connection . The overall ambient was pleasant

Friendly and English speaking front counter staff. Not the usual tourist hotel so it's pretty quiet. Facing the river and transportation easily accessible.
