A good hotel, but unfortunately there was a small water leak through the ceiling by the light above the toilet in the bathroom which needs addressing from a safety point of view.

This is my third time staying at Monterey Ginza. The location is great and the hotel has a classy old world charm to it. Great value for money too....

Great place to stay

Great location, close to Chinatown and walking distance to major transportation spot. it is more like studio apterment with living room and kitchen. It will be perfect if the staff can be friendly.

Location , location , location

Room is rundown - TV reception poor. Card slot to activate power supply not working. Standing platform outside elevator is within the spiral staircase. A missed step will cause injury by falling off the stairs.

Very good location for shopping, subway station is just beside the hotel.. Hyundai departmental store is just opposite.. all are excellent.. just tat the rooms are a little old.. and cleanliness not very good

Nice location you can park for free , near colmar center only 10-15 minutes by car, also feel safe and quiet !
