On arrival we had high expectations and after a query on whether we had been given the right room of a superior room we were quickly upgraded to an executive room which was fantastic .
The only criticism is the place and time in which the pool was availab
It was a last minute booking as we were visiting a relative at Raigmore hospital the booking had not been processed by the time we had reached the hotel and we waited over an hour and a half to get into room the reception could have offered to telephone a
Great location and the price was great considering. Get breakfast included, the food is really expensive and you pay for everything. Kids stuff is not included but it should be.
