I arrived at night but there was just a check in machine available that the reception was already closed. But there was something wrong with the machine that I could not check in with it. Luckily I got my phone topped up with international calls, so that

Grand lobby and nice restaurant. But awkward elevator to go to lobby, not so convenient wth strollers and wheelchair. No free mineral water in the room, the room a bit smelly from human odour.

Cost, room & location are ideal.

Nobody at the reception desk when arrived ,member of staff away out for a hour, the young bar staff had no idea what to do wasnt his fault more costumers coming in to get checked in but left still no one there , Our rooms were not made up for us to stay
