Definitely very basic hotel, small room, not beautiful decor and simple bathroom but brilliant hotel ... The service was the best thing with absolutely wonderful staff, being so helpful and friendly and made our stay so excellent. The location of the hote

Convenient location at Passy area with access to metro, grocery store and market. Also ready to be spoilt with wide array of food, drink and dessert stores nearby.

All the facilities in an apartment that you could need to be self sufficient. Close to town and attractions. Great summer base to look around the area.

Fantastic location, walking distance to Albert Dock, Liverpool One, Mersey Waterfront etc. Room was a bit cramp, but still had excellent and brand new amenities and furniture. Excellent front desk staff who were very helpful

Location is great but very noisy and our toilet ran all night. The bottle of Water left in room was half empty when we arrived.
