Great location within the old city. Great for night tour and you don't need to walk far to get back to your hotel. Service was great and luggage very quickly delivered from the shuttle to our room before we step in. Very helpful staff to assist me to

Bed not comfortable to sleep ,so feel very tired during that few day, Aircond so hot , 2 person but just give 1bottle mineral water,everything feel so bad

the location is near shinjuku, but the hotel room is very small. breakfast is simple. Fit for nearby going around to shinjuku region at night.

If you take Tokyo Shuttle bus direct from Narita Airport (1000Yen), it only takes 5 mins walk from the drop off bus station to the hotel. The hotel location is very good, near the big Tokyo Station. There are many restaurants & shops nearby.
