      The hotel is well located right next to The Octagon, which is the downtown Dunedin, so there are many food places within walking distance. Facilities are so far so good too. Staffs were nice and friendly.

      A little worn out especially the bathroom. Room was a little chilly and had a damp smell. Bed were comfy and location was great.
