We had to pay extra for wifi. The breakfast was super boring! Hated the beds. Good location.

Was a bit disappointed as a family member had to phone down to reception at 4am due to noises in the room next door

The staff were very helpful, and upgraded me free of charge when they realised a cot wouldn't fit in the room i had booked.

Good location, the tram is right in front of the hotel, which is about two stations from the Nagasaki JR main station and within walking distance.

Staff are lovely and very helpfull especially Silvia from reception.

Hotel is 3 min walk from Earls court subway, Very clean and comfortable, lounge offers tea and coffee tv and computer. The continental breakfast had lots of choices, the staff were very friendly. I was in a single room facing the street and it was not noi

Room was clean but a bit tiny and the bed was not so soft. We also heard noise from other rooms... Continental breakfast was quite poor. Anyway if you just need a place to sleep, this hotel is okay. Staff was friendly! Only short distance from the tube.
