Nice and clean and nicely appointed room. Close to everything. Very knowledgeable receptionist who made some fine recommendations for dining and activities not only in Franz Josef but also in the direction we were heading in the following days. Highly rec

We stayed 2 nights. Staff were excellent; courteous and efficient. Room was smallish but very comfortable with a great shower. Location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from Gloucester Road Tube. Highly recommended.

This hotel should be closed down. It was disgustingly dirty. The first room I was offered had dark brown stains to the pink, velvet headboard. There was a silk oovering to the wall behind the bed with brown marks and slits. A section of tiles were missing
