Location is very near the La Chappelle metro station. The area is slightly dingy especially at night. The photos on the website do not match the actual room (actual room does not look as cheerful).

I stayed here for last weekend. Due to Japanese national holiday, room rate was a bit expensive.
Location is perfect. Very close to shopping district and not so far from major metro staions.
But, room was small, smelly and linens are damp with full of hum
