Basic - as expected for a Japanese style room but great location: On bus route 5 and 100 from Kyoto station. Opposite Henien Shrine, museums, Okazaki park, Zoo and near start of the Philosopher's Walk. 20 minute walk to Gion.

Very comfortable bed.Tidy and clean room. Location is good! There are many 24hrs restaurants and stores near the hotel.
