Convenient location one stop away from Shin-Osaka station, and one minute walk away from the nearest train station. Room seems to be a little old, with the occasional smoke smell (even for my non-smoking room) when our neighbour smokes.

Location was good, just a few minutes walk from a metro station.

Stayed at this hotel to attend a wedding close by. Very accommodating. Allowed early check-in and late check-out, and they included a complimentary breakfast. The rooms are spacious and modern. I would highly recommend staying here.

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff

Had room with a view which was lovely. Am gluton free and the breakfast staff were very caring. Reception staff very helpful and spoke excellent English. Breakfast had lots of choices. Found location brilliant for sight seeing. We will return.

The hotel needs a refit . The wifi is poor. Hot water is just warm . Ok in summer but hate in winter. The staff are very helpful and pleasant
