Worths much more than what they charge, convenient as it's right at the city centre and tourist area, lots of restaurants nearby too

if you need a hotel and don´t want to risk for a B&B this is a no too expensive option. rooms are ok, staff is nice (not really the blond recepcionist) and you want it just to spend the night. they are strict with the check in time

Good location and access to the shinjuku station but however not so suitable for young children.

good location just 4-5mins walk from station and also got a lot of places to eat nearby. I like this two bed room studio style it make me feel like home. only one staff who got a porker face all the time let me down a bit but over all its a really nice p

We got upgraded into a 2 bedroom apartment. Loved the place. Staff were nice. Only problem was the hotel sign could be bigger as it was hard to find. Other than that, we had a great experience!

Pleasant welcome (and comped tea and coffee as room was not ready), nice room, clean and comfortable.

the hotel was near metro station but was not easy to be found! Staff were not very friendly but still acceptable; the room was small with no curtain on the showering area which made the floor so wet!
