Room was pleasant but very small and overlooked the roof of another part of the building. For £120 a night would expect better. Breakfast was excellent but restaurant food and drinks very expensive. The garden was lovely BUT the hotel allows dogs all

We came back a second time to the hotel after an overnight trip. Ended up getting a larger room than before which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is very well-located, and perhaps the best value for money in Kensington.

With a very convenient location(less than 5 mins walk to Holborn tube station, concierge staffs are very nice, listened to your needs and provided as many as helps possible, Very happy to re-stay here again and feel at home with their warm care.
