Clean, Cosy, Location

Our night here is relatively ok, one thing quite bother us is that the concierge is not very friendly.

The Staff were excellent, The Hotel felt good to be in. The room we were in on the 10th floor was really smart and clean.

Location is excellent walking distance to city. Very convenient because there is a 24 hours Countdown across the street. Disappointed they clean our room only once and stayed for six nights. Gym room also disappointed not enough equipment for workout.

Good hotel in a busy location. Thought chargeable wifi a bit out of order. Better options for breakfast outside the hotel

Very young staff in restaurant would benefit from some form of supervisor to ensure excellent customer service at breakfast. Sweet enough just lacked experience and confidence. Exceptionally clean bedrooms and bathrooms - well done.
