The room is luxurious and bigger than most hotel rooms in Osaka or Tokyo. Service is excellent. Location is a little far from the action at Umeda but manageable with a 10-15 walk.

The staff service is poor especially the reception staff. When I called the front desk and told them there are something wrong about my in room air conditioner and the staff even hang up the call.

The hotel was what you paid for, good but not outstanding, but the best part of the hotel was the pod, a driverless train, which takes you from the hotel to terminal 5 and was a really fun experience!

Great value in Paddington if u cant decide which one

This is our second visit to this hotel in the last 12 months and we have enjoyed the stay both times. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and ample storage space. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Checking in and out very smooth and efficient
