Helpful staff, clean bedroom and a delicious breakfast

We had the 2 bedroom executive suite. Very clean and spacious. Wi-Fi service included. Great breakfast included. Will definitely stay again. This was our second stay. No complaints- great place!!

ROOM, QUIET, LOCATION

Clean enough and in a fairly convenient location near bus stop but smelled of cigarette smoke even though room was non-smoking.

the location is fabulous and close to the key shopping places in Opera and just 5 min wall to the metro station. The staff was very friendly when I arrived in the hotel around 9am and already had my room checked in. room is small but I find it acceptable

the stay was wonderful and the staff was outstanding. On our next trip to England,we will definitely stay with you.
